Dear Simon Smith:
Thanks for taking the time to put all this information together. The problem you report is actually known issue. We were aware of a compatibility problem in the licensing modules of framework 1.1. and framework 2.0. Therefore if you tried to see chart created with 6.2 in a browser using framework 2.0, you would get licensing errors. Shortly after the final version of .Net 2.0 was released, our development came up with a fix for ChartFX for .Net. You would simply have to install this on the server. It should solve all the issues.
Please go to the following location to download and install the hotfix:
http://support.softwarefx.com/cfxnet/update/hotfix/WebServicePack62.aspx
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any additional problems.
Regards,
Tomas Tezak
